The Emergence Of FM Bilawal Bhutto Zardari As A Forceful Voice For Pakistan

"He has been pushing the developed world for adequate help for people suffering from climate-related floods. In doing this, he has taken a stance that will benefit not just the Pakistani people but the Global South as a whole"

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the son of the late Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto and President Asif Ali Zardari, has started playing an increasingly positive role as foreign minister of Pakistan. Since taking on this role last year, Bhutto has worked to improve Pakistan’s relationships with other countries and to promote the country’s interests on the global stage.

One of Bhutto’s key achievements has been his efforts to improve relations between Pakistan and its neighbours. Bhutto has worked to strengthen ties with countries in the region, including India, Afghanistan and Iran, in an effort to promote regional stability and cooperation. He has also played a key role in facilitating peace talks between various Afghan factions and the Afghan Taliban, and has worked to build bridges between the two sides.

In addition to his efforts to improve relations with neighbouring countries, Bhutto has also worked to enhance Pakistan’s relationships with major powers. He has met with leaders from a number of countries, including China, the United States and Russia, in an effort to promote cooperation and strengthen ties. Bhutto has also been a vocal advocate for Pakistan’s interests on the global stage, and has worked to ensure that the country’s voice is heard on a range of international issues.

One of Bhutto’s most significant contributions as foreign minister has been his efforts to promote Pakistan as a key player in the global fight against terrorism. Bhutto has worked to improve the country’s cooperation with other nations on counter-terrorism efforts, and has played a key role in helping to dismantle terrorist networks within Pakistan. He has also worked to strengthen Pakistan’s domestic counter-terrorism capabilities, and has taken a strong stand against extremist groups that seek to use the country as a base for their operations.

His most recent busy-as-a-bee endeavour to highlight the suffering of the people of Pakistan due to floods caused by climate change. He has been pushing the developed world for adequate help for the suffering people. In doing this, he has taken a stance that will benefit not just the Pakistani people but the Global South as a whole.

Bilawal has chrisma, is young, has no baggage of cases against him yet and has pedigree as well.

If he successfully treads in the footsteps of his maternal grandfather he will soon acquire the grace of his mother and shrewdness of his father. His party needs to play leftist politics and regain trust of common people “aam swam” which no other party is trying to gain and focused on elite and middle class.

He can be formidable as a leader to shake of gains by PTI at the expense of PPP during project Imran.

    Dear Pervaiz Saleh
    Friday Times
I read your article; The Emergence Of FM Bilawal Bhutto Zardari As A Forceful Voice For Pakistan with sadness and amazement.
Sadness because, you have been praising a man who has done nothing for Pakistan in the last 8 months as well as his terrible style of politics in Pakistani parliament. Amazement because, I know that Friday Times is a mouth piece of Najam Sethi and Co and we know that this is not a secret.
In his 8 months, Bilawal has been acting like a tourist and visiting large and small countries that has nothing to do with Pakistan’s dire financial situation. He continuously lies to the international press about Pakistan and when asked tough questions, just shows a fake smile.
Please have mercy on Pakistan’s poor masses and send this spoilt brat to Sindh to fix its acute problems.
