Creative director and fashion storyteller Adeen Rafay announces the launch of Adeen Rafay Atelier, a new independent fashion label that focuses on one-of-one garments made from antique and regionally sourced materials. With a background in fashion journalism and creative direction, Adeen brings her narrative sensibility into the design process.
