Captain Safdar said on Tuesday that former Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) chief Faiz Hameed must answer for the Panama Papers case.
Safdar made the comments while speaking to journalists. Safdar, who is the son-in-law of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, said the PML-N supremo was privy to certain truths. These, he said, the former PM would reveal them.
The former DG ISI, Safdar said, would have to present an answer then. "Faiz and not Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Qamar Javed Bajwa will have to answer for this." He said now COAS Bajwa had instructed him during his time in infantry school in the 80s for eight months.
