'PTI Crackdown: Efforts Afoot To Find Approver Like Masood Mehmood'
Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was hanged on the witnesses of two approvers. The current PTI crackdown involves the search for an approver like Masood Mehmood, Raza Rumi says.

While speaking at the Naya Daur TV programme Khabar Say Aagay, Mubashir Bukhari said that PPP co-chairman Asif Zardari is in Lahore where he is scheduled to meet a number of people.

He added that some people will be joining the PPP in a day or two. "The people involved in the May 9 mayhem will be 'dry-cleaned' after they have addressed their pressers; this won't go on for long."

Earlier today, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah said that PTI chairman Imran Khan will be tried in a military court for his role in the May 9 attacks at the sensitive government and military installations.

When asked categorically if the former premier was facing the prospects of a trial in a military court, he said, “Absolutely, why shouldn’t he [be tried]?”
