Pakistani actress Ayesha Omar has finally spoke about the rumours of her alleged affair with Shoaib Malik following the steamy photoshoot they were part of in 2021.
In an interview with former cricketer Shoaib Akhtar on his chat show, Omar spoke about how she was blamed for Mirza and Malik’s alleged breakup, and said that her 2021 photoshoot was blown out of proportion.
She stated clearly that her apparently “revealing” photoshoot with Malik “became a controversy in India, not in Pakistan.” When asked about the rumoured affair, Ayesha stood her ground. "I will never be attracted to a married or committed man, ever. Everyone knows me... that goes without saying."
While neither have publicly addressed their relationship status, this was not the first time Ayesha Omar has denied having any intimate relations with him. Upon being asked if Shoaib and she were to marry she commented: "Jee nahin. Bilkul nahi. Un kee shadi hoe we hai aur wo apni biwi kay sath bohut khush hai. Main donon Shoaib Malik or Sania Mirza kee bohat respect kartee hoon.
