At the World Economic Forum 2023 in Davos, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs for the Cabinet of Pakistan did not hold back when it came to delivering some hard truths to the position India has taken under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his failure in upholding human rights or maintaining regional peace.
She compared the relationships between India and Pakistan under various Indian prime ministers saying that she did see partners for regional stability and peace in ex Prime Ministers Manmohan Singh and Atal Bihari Vajpayee but not in Narendra Modi.
