Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan on Saturday launched a fresh tirade against former Chief of Army Staff Gen (retd) Qamar Javed Bajwa.

While talking to media in Lahore, Imran claimed that the former general struck a deal with former president and PPP co-chair Asif Ali Zardari, and Sindh chief minister Murad Ali Shah.

The former premier also said that during the past year, he had found out that the now ex-COAS did not want accountability.

Imran went on to add that in the presence of a “right army chief”, his government would have “cleaned” the country of corruption.

Predicting the general elections in March or April, 2023, he announced to join hands with the PML-Q for their support for the PTI.

Earlier this week, Imran held the ex-general “solely responsible for the country’s prevailing political and economic crises.”

He had also accused former COAS of controlling NAB and later “granting an NRO-II” to the incumbent rulers.

“Eventually, [he] asked me to focus on economy and to move away from accountability,” PTI chief was quoted as saying.

So why did he extend Bajwa who had cut a deal with PPP to thwart his mission. Of course it’s a lie and he thinks gullible will fall for it again.

Game is up! Pinocchio has been spotted and he can’t keep his nose from growing bigger and bigger.
