As Argentina win the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar and retake their throne on the world of football, many Lionel Messi fans are jubilant that one of today’s most enigmatic footballers got to achieve his dream.
An Argentina fan from Dallas, José Miguel Polanco, had tweeted back in March 2015 that Lionel Messi would win the 2022 and become the “greatest player of all time”.
December 18, 2022. 34 year old Leo Messi will win the World Cup and become the greatest player of all times. Check back with me in 7 years.

Before his prediction came true on Sunday, Polanco also tweeted that he was “scared” by the number of people who were reminding him of his tweet, jokingly saying that he might have to “stay in Qatar with a tunic” to avoid being lynched.
Me asusta la cantidad de gente que pone el recordatorio en el tweet, en fin de año me van a linchar me voy a quedar a vivir en Qatar con túnica como decía el doc
