Imran Khan Urges Establishment To Abandon Cabal Of 'Crooks'
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Monday urged the establishment to abandon the cabal of crooks foisted on the nation.

Imran made the remarks while addressing supporters in Kamoke on day four of his long march to Islamabad. Taking a potshot at Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, he said the PM had polished the "shoes of the influential" and perpetrated tyranny on the weak all his life. Why then, Imran said, he would even hold talks with the younger Sharif brother. His message, Imran said, was for the establishment.

The PTI chairman said the establishment never did contrary to the wishes of the people world over. The military and the people work always work in tandem to strengthen the nation, Imran said. He urged the establishment to abandon the "crooks". He said whoever supported them was destined for doom.

The PTI had called-off the long march earlier on Sunday following the death of Channel 5 reporter Sadaf Naeem for the day. Sadaf was crushed by Imran's container after she fell from it.

Imran had earlier claimed on Friday “Dirty Harry” (Major General) Faisal and (Sector Commander) Faheem had been perpetuating tyranny in Islamabad. Imran made the remarks while addressing supporters before the PTI’s Long March to Islamabad commenced from Lahore’s Liberty Chowk. The PTI chairman, quoting Senator Azam Swati, said the two were behind the senator’s (alleged custodial torture). Imran demanded the two be sacked.
