A woman offering at-home parlour services was gang-raped in Dhaka on Tuesday by three men, her relatives say.
The woman had proceeded to the Dhanmondi-28 area of the Bangladesh metropolis after having her services secured, according to The Daily Star. Three youngsters had raped her at a flat in the area after in the presence of a woman who is said to have secured her services.
She was told to leave after being threatened of dire consequences. The woman was later taken to a hospital.
Police said an FIR of the incident was yet to be filed. The force became cognisant of the incident after learning about it from the woman's relatives. Police will visit the spot after the filing of an FIR, a Dhanmondi policeman said.
