The Tabba heart institute organised a heart healthy cycling ride on 9th October, Sunday .
The tour was being led by Dr Bashir Hanif, the executive medical director of Tabba heart institute.
11 groups from Karachi took part in the cycling tour and more than 150 participants were part of the tour.
The cyclists gathered at Tabba Heart Institute’s Medical Centre in DHA Phase 2 where they were briefed about the services offered and got a short facility tour.
The purpose of the healthy heart cycling tour is to spread awareness about heart diseases and their prevention on the occasion of World heart day.
The focus of the cycling tour was how we can protect ourselves from heart diseases by making small changes in our daily routine by adopting healthy habits.
