Renowned American actor Sylvester Stallone's wife Jennifer Flavin has filed for divorce after 25 years of marriage.
According to The Associated Press, Jennifer, a former model and a now entrepreneur, filed the divorce petition in a court in Palm Beach County, Florida last week. She alleged her husband deliberately squandered money that should be available to her.
She prayed the court to allow her exclusive use of their residence in Florida besides granting her a greater share of their assets. She also sought the permission to have her name changed back to Jennifer Flavin.
76-year-old Sylvester, however, is yet to reply to the petition. He said he loves his family and they are trying to resolve their personal issues amicably in a statement.
The duo had gotten married in 1997 after dating for several years. They share three daughters: Scarlet, 20, Sistine, 24, and Sophia, 25. The Rocky star is also a father to son Seargeoh from his previous marriage to Sasha Czack.
