Malala Makes Pakistan Proud As She Delivers Speech At The Commonwealth Games
Malala Yousafzai has done it again. As if winning the Nobel Prize wasn't enough, the 25-year-old has made the country proud once again, and we are here for it. This time, Malala was invited to give the opening address at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games, and she did not disappoint. Her speech yesterday gave a touching look at what Birmingham meant to her, as this was the city which gave her refuge after the Taliban attacked her.

Her speech then touched important themes of the importance of education and how she was hopeful for a society where every child could get educated and women could fully participate in society. "Remember, every child deserves the chance to reach her full potential, and pursue her wildest dreams," she said as the crowd cheered on.

Naturally, especially Pakistanis are thrilled and super proud and moved by her speech. Twitter has been pull of praise and positive words about how this was such a proud moment for the country.
