Mahira Khan Spills The Beans On ‘No Kissing Scenes’ With Shah Rukh Khan While Filming ‘Raees’
In her most recent interview, Mahira Khan praised Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan for his gentle behavior while filming 'Raees' and mentioned her fear of kissing scenes, particularly when filming the romantic song Zaalima.

Recently, Mahira Khan participated in a podcast where she discussed how she repeatedly told Shah Rukh Khan, "You can't kiss me," while they were filming Zaalima. The actress further revealed that with all the restrictions and her conditions, the makers finalized nose-to-nose kissing between her and SRK as the hook step of the song.

"When we were filming for Zaalima, they all used to make fun of me because I used to be scared, 'ki kuch zyada na ho jaaye'," Mahira Khan said on Anupama Chopra's podcast 'All About Movies'.

"Since you can't kiss me here, you can't do this, I used to say. Of course, he used to find it amusing as well. He would make fun of me by saying, "I'm not sure what we have to do in the next scene," she added.

"We were stumped as to how to handle the song's hook, "Zaalima," so it joked that since nothing else could happen, why not make them kiss? Let's kiss each other on the nose. If you watch closely, Shah Rukh Khan merely does a small nose thing throughout the entire song. He merely said, "Will this be alright? Is this all okay with you? Mahira Khan continued, "In my heart, I would be like, 'What do you know?'"
