PTI Pursuing Politics Of Hypocrisy, Claims Journalist
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has been practicing the politics of hate, hypocrisy, abuse, and division since 2011 and causing severe harm to national politics and the country, said journalist Imdad Soomro.

In a recent vlog on his YouTube channel, he said that former president late Pervez Musharraf, during his tenure, promised Imran Khan that he would make him prime minister of the country, but he didn’t fulfill his vow. He added that Musharraf's blessings helped Imran Khan win elections in the Mianwali constituency.

He said that Imran Khan resorted to criticizing Musharraf due to the grudge he had against him for not becoming prime minister, and he used to laud the late Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif for their contributions to the development of the country.

He said that later, Lieutenant General (retired) Ahmad Shuja Pasha launched Imran Khan, and Khan started targeting the Pakistan Peoples Party and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz in his speech and gave a narrative that both political parties are responsible for ruining the country.

He mentioned that on March 14, during a police operation at Imran Khan’s Lahore residence, Zaman Park, Khan used armed men and Gilgit-Baltistan police to resist his arrest in the Toshakhana case. Information Minister Mariyam Aurangzeb told journalists that personnel of the Gilgit-Baltistan police pointed guns at personnel of the Punjab and Islamabad police who were there to execute the arrest warrants for Imran Khan.

Later, Punjab IG refuted the claim and said that such an incident had not happened at Zaman Park.

The journalist said that it is not the first time that Imran Khan has used the police of one province against another, adding that on May 25, Khan entered Islamabad along with a heavy contingent of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) police to confront the capital police, and during clashes, the police of KP and Islamabad fired tear gas shells at each other. After intervention by the Supreme Court, Khan was allowed to enter the federal capital to protect the peace of the country.

Journalist Imdad said that Imran Khan is using a bulletproof car these days, protected with iron bars all around, even on the windscreen. Khan is using a human shield around his car due to his fear of assassination, he added.

He mentioned that in 2016, when PTI workers were on the roads, Imran Khan was resting and enjoying luxuries at his residence in Bani Gala.

He said that through the 18th Amendment, sincere efforts were made to minimize the conflicts between the federal government and the provinces, but Imran Khan has spoiled everything with his politics of hate.

The journalist said that the Interior Ministry, in his recent orders, has restricted the president, prime minister, governor, and ministers of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan from entering other provinces and the federal capital, along with their security staff, to avoid another Zaman Park-like incident in the future.
