Fernandez, Sabitzer, Hakim Ziyech Big Moves As Transfer Deadline Day Descends Into Madness
Transfer deadline day is always a mad time in football but this one was particularly memorable. In the last 24 hours, there has been drama that is worthy of a Shakespearean play in the world of club football and we bring you (in no particular order) the best transfers during this exciting time.

Enzo Fernandez to Chelsea

In the latest hours of transfer deadline day, Chelsea confirmed the signing of Enzo Fernandez, as first reported by Italian sports reporter Fabrizio Romano. The 22 year old Argentinian midfielder was signed by Chelsea from Portuguese club Benfica for a record-breaking $130.4 million. This is the most expensive transfer in Premier League history, beating Jack Grealish's transfer of $124.7 million.

Marcel Sabitzer to Manchester United

Dutch manager Erik Ten Hag's Manchester United have Marcel Sabitzer from FC Bayern on loan until the end of the Premier League season. The 28 year old Austrian midfielder has high hopes for his time with Ten Hag and he believes that he will play well under him.

The 29 year old Moroccan winger was meant to move to Paris Saint-Germain on a loan deal with no buy option included till June. However, Chelsea failed to send the required documents to PSG on time. They failed to do so three times and by the end, the transfer deadline day window closed.
