A report has revealed shocking and devastating drug abuse in a neighbourhood called Kensington in Philadelphia. This area has been described by The Philadelphia Inquirer as 'the poorest neighborhood in America's poorest big city'

Addicts are using a drug called xylazine, which as per a report is used as a muscle relaxant for large animals such as horses.

The drug causes blackouts that can last upto hours but in the longer run, the needles leave gaping wounds which can lead to amputations.
