Pakistan's bowling heartthrob Shaheen Shah Afridi will tie the knot with Ansha Afridi, Shahid Khan Afridi's daughter.
Shahid told Express News that his daughter and the 22-year-old pacer will begin the journey of their lives in a ceremony to be held in Karachi.
The ceremony, he added, will take place as per the Afridi tribe's traditions, with the schedule of Rukhsakti and reception to be shared later.
After his nikkah, Shaheen will be heading to Lahore to take part in the upcoming Pakistan Super League and rejoin Lahore Qalandars.
It is pertinent to mention that the star bowler was earlier ruled out of the England series after an injury.
Shaheen plays for the national as well as for the PSL, which will be played from Feb 9 to March 19, 2023.
