At least one person was killed while several others sustained injuries in a blast in North Waziristan's Miranshah, on Wednesday.
According to conflicting reports, the explosion was carried out by a suicide bomber, with most of the victims being the pedestrians.
Those who sustained injuries have been moved to district headquarters (DHQ) hospital, Miranshah. A cordon has also been put in place by the security agencies.
