PTI Supporter Shayan Ali Briefly Detained During Scuffle Outside Nawaz's London Home
London police briefly detained Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) supporter Shayan Ali outside Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif’s residence Avenfield apartments in London after a fight broke out last night.

The fight broke out between PTI and PML-N supporters after some PTI supporters alleged harassed a female member of Sharif's family. During the fight, Hussain Nawaz Sharif’s son Zakaria Hussain fought off three PTI workers who had attacked a female family member of the Sharif family.

Police briefly detained Shayan Ali after he pushed back a policeman who was trying to break up the fight. Shayan Ali was then handcuffed and held in a police van for a short period of time.

Before the fight broke out, a protest was being held on the front side of Avenfield House. Both PTI and PMLN supporters were present, attempting to show support for their party by chanting slogans against and abusing each other.

The fight supposedly broke out when a Sharif family female was leaving from backside of the flats and Shayan Ali, his mother Sadaf Mumtaz Malik and other PTI supporters surrounded her and abused her. The unidentified female member went inside the flats as her path was blocked by protestors. She was allegedly hit on the back when walking back inside the flats.

At that point, PML-N supporter Khurram Butt retaliated and pushed back the protestors from entering inside the flats. The fight broke out when grandson of Nawaz Sharif, Zakaria came out from inside the flats and hit the man who had pushed the Sharif family female member.

The fight continued for about 10 minutes. Video shows police separating two sides and asking them to calm down.
