Celebrities Condemn Feroze Khan For Abusing Aliza Sultan
Ushna Shah, Sarwat Gillani and other celebrities of the Pakistani entertainment industry have spoken out in support of Aliza Sultan, the ex-wife of actor Feroze Khan, as evidence of her being allegedly abused by him has emerged.

Feroze Khan and Aliza Sultan filed for divorce on September 3, after nearly four years of marriage. Aliza had alleged that Feroze Khan had physically and psychologically abused her during this time. Now, photographic evidence submitted by her to the court has emerged online, where it is apparent that Aliza was abused on at least three separate incidents since 2020.

Celebrities have since then been sending messages of support to her, and speaking up about domestic violence.

Actor Mariyam Nafees Khan shared the images submitted by Aliza as proof in court, and said, "I’m sorry people attacked you when you spoke your truth. I’m sorry people knowingly stayed quiet."

Sarwat Gillani also took to Instagram and said, "Ban wife beaters and cheaters from representing our industry."

Similarly, actor Minal Khan also shared news of the recent developments along with the caption 'Sick'.

Radio host Anoushay Ashraf penned down a long note apologising to Aliza and said, "There is no room for violence in my world, and I'd be sorry to turn a blind eye to this one."

She also said, "As difficult as it is for us to speak up against someone we know personally, it'd be wrong for me to look the other way this time."

Actor Mansha Pasha also posted a heartfelt note on her Instagram story, where she said there is no excuse, fandom or friendship that should allow people to ignore violence. "We won't sit by and wait for more Noor Mukadams, more Sara Amirs just for the sake of not troubling the waters," she wrote.

Actor Ushna Shah, who has also been Feroze Khan's co-star in a TV drama recently, also posted on her story, saying that she was in a 'state of shock'. "Nothing can and will justify violence against a woman," she said, adding that her heart was with Alizah and her two children.
