Bollywood Megastar Salman Khan is down with dengue.

The superstar has put assignments on hold as he recovers. “Salman contracted dengue and is recovering well now,” Hindustan Times quoted his manager as having commented in a report carried on Saturday. Salman will resume work once he is well. “He will be fine to start shooting after Diwali,” his manager said.  Ace filmmaker Karan Johar has stepped into Salman’s shoes by turning host for Colors TV show Big Boss.

Salman, one of Bollywood’s most eligible, has enjoyed an illustrious career. He is the eldest son of noted scriptwriter Salim Khan.
