Huzaifa, a writer based between Swat and Peshawar, pointed towards poor national cognisance of the impact of natural calamities. Sharing photographs documenting the plight of Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral, he claimed the regions had been grappling with the now national phenomenon since a month.
