Bollywood starlet Sonam Kapoor was blessed with a baby boy on Saturday.
The actress confirmed the same in an adorable Instagram post. “On 20.08.2022, we welcomed our beautiful baby boy with bowed heads and hearts. Thank you to all of the doctors, nurses, friends and family who have supported us on this journey. It’s only the beginning but we know our lives are forever changed. – Sonam and Anand.”

Sonam, the daughter of Bollywood superstar Anil Kapoor married businessman Anand Ahuhja in 2018. Ahuja is the scion of a leading Delhi-based business family.
Sonam debuted in Sanjab Leela Bhansali’s Saawariya. She has then gone on to essay a myriad of roles across a variety of genres. She won a National Film Award for her nuanced portrayal of Neerja Bhanot, an airhostess aboard a hijacked airliner, in Neerja.
