"Horrific" Muslim Killings Leave Joe Biden Fuming

United States President Joe Biden has strongly condemned the killings of four Muslim men in the New Mexico city of Albuquerque, saying “these hateful attacks have no place in America”.

“I am angered and saddened by the horrific killings of four Muslim men in Albuquerque. While we await a full investigation, my prayers are with the victims’ families, and my administration stands strongly with the Muslim community,” the president said in a tweet on Sunday.

The latest victim was shot late on Friday in a killing local Islamic leaders said happened shortly after he had attended funeral services for two others killed earlier. All four, including the first who was murdered in November, were Muslim men of Pakistani or Afghan descent.

Authorities said they are working to ascertain if the murders of the four Muslim men in the past nine months are connected.
