Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz has ordered Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shireen Mazari's 'immediate' release. Mazari was arrested from her home in Islamabad earlier today.
A footage of the arrest that was later found shows the former minister putting up a resistance as female police officials try to arrest her.
PTI Chairperson and former prime minister Imran Khan strongly condemned the arrest, and termed the current government 'fascist'.
