Imran Khan Is Trying To Provoke Civil War In Pakistan. He Must Be Stopped
Former prime minister Imran Khan wrecked the economy, damaged relations with China and Saudi Arabia and now he is indirectly accusing the army chief of treason. He must be exposed.

This talk of 'ghulami' is utter nonsense and aimed at exploiting people who know little about the facts.

Imran Khan had declared, while in opposition, that he would rather commit suicide than go to the IMF. His govt went to the IMF in 2019 to borrow $6 billion. Total foreign debt went from $95bn in June 2018 to $130 in March 2022.

IMF is controlled by the United States not because it has a majority vote but because it is the single largest shareholder and the only member country with veto power. The IMF disbursed $1 billion in February 2022. American top officials visited Islamabad on 21 March and attended the OIC foreign ministers conference and were warmly received by Shah Mahmood Qureshi. There was no protest, no discussion, not even a hint of any tension in relations with the United States, leave alone conspiracy.

In fact, Imran had been begging for a telephone call from President Biden. It never happened because, as a matter of fact, Pakistan is not that important to the United States in the current global politics. America's interest in the Middle East has waned because it is no longer that much dependent on oil. It got tired of the war in Afghanistan and withdrew its remaining troops by practically handing over Afghanistan to the Taliban. It didn’t care anymore because the terrorist threat to the US didn’t exist anymore. In short, there was no reason for Americans to conspire especially given that Imran harmed Pakistan’s relations with China by virtually putting CPEC in cold storage and blocking payments of $1.6 billion to the Chinese power generation companies.

The conspiracy was invented on March 27 when it became certain that the MQM would leave the PTI government. PTI never had a majority in the parliament. It depended on the MQM and some others to form the government. When these parties stopped supporting the PTI, the government was bound to fall. Now in his podcast, Imran has claimed that he knew about the conspiracy since July 2021 and this is why he didn’t want the ISI chief to be changed. This reckless and power-hungry man has become the first prime minister to shamelessly admit that he was using the army to interfere in domestic politics and control the opposition. This is extremely dangerous and could irreparably harm the disciplined institution of the army.

Imran is trying to provoke civil war and take Pakistan on a self-destructive path at a time when the country is nearing bankruptcy due to his gross mismanagement of the economy and the energy crisis.
