PTI leader Imran Khan has told his supporters to prepare themselves and await his call to proceed to the federal capital. The former Prime Minister described it as a campaign for “actual independence” for Pakistan, and that he would never accept what he describes as the “imported government” currently in power.
Earlier, Sheikh Rasheed had commented on security threats to the ex-PM by saying, “If someone harms a hair on Imran Khan’s head, the country will face a civil war.”
“The real party has only just started,” claimed the former PM. Asking his supporters to await his call, he said, “I don’t want anything else except early elections.” He addressed “those who have made a mistake” and called upon these quarters to push for early elections.
He added: “I do not want any conflict.” Further, he said, “I will live and die in Pakistan.”
Further, he invited supporters of other parties like PML-N and PPP to support his campaign.
The former PM also doubled down on his claims of a foreign-backed regime change effort as the reason for his ouster from power. He stated that it was his independent foreign policy which the external powers “did not like.”
“An independent foreign policy means that all the decisions will be made in the interest of the people. I cannot sacrifice my countrymen for a foreign power,” he claimed.
We liked what we heard.
Why don’t you say how few people attended his jalsi?
In my mother tongue Gujarati the word “Jalsa” means entertainment on a grand scale.
Imran Khan has established a cult of scary and dangerous power hungry minions and their vomits vitriolic words. World should take notice of this self proclaimed pseudo savior Kaptaan as he prepares to plunge Pakistan, a country of 220 million people and 200 nuclear devices into an irrecoverable nose dive.
The next cruise trip planned by this caravan of clowns and their flotillas of fools is mother of all nightmares.
