Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari held a meeting in London where Bilawal congratulated the Pakistan Muslim League - N (PML-N) supreme leader on the success of the no-confidence motion.
The two leaders held a joint press conference after the meeting. While commenting on former prime minister Imran Khan's allegation of a 'foreign conspiracy' against him, Nawaz Sharif said, "Why would anyone hatch a 'foreign conspiracy' against you? Did you carry out a nuclear test?"
Nawaz Nawaz further said that after the change of government, Pakistan's economy was moving in the right direction. He however added that the damage done to the economy will have to be repaired.
Further, the PML-N supremo said that ousting Imran Khan from power was key to the country's progress.
He added that the political environment of Pakistan was never as hostile as it was during the PTI's tenure. Sharif lamented that Imran Khan promoted the culture of hooliganism and inappropriate language in the country.

Earlier before his meeting with the PML-N leader in London, Bilawal jokingly told reporters that the conspiracy against Imran Khan was not done by White House but by 'Bilawal House'.
