Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that he will show the ‘threatening letter’ detailing the foreign conspiracy against him to senior journalists and government allies later today (Wednesday).
During a press conference on Wednesday, the prime minister again detailed the letter which he claimed threatened ‘dire consequences’ against the country if he stayed in power.
“I will show this document to the top journalists as its details could not be shared in public,” he said.
Imran Khan claimed that foreign forces could not accept the PTI’s ‘independent foreign policy’. He said that despite Pakistan’s repeated sacrifices, foreign countries did not value Pakistan, highlighting the United States’ War on Terror.
Meanwhile the opposition has rubbished PM Imran’s claims of the foreign plot against him. Members of the government, too, have stated that they are unaware of any imminent external threat against the government, adding that there have been no urgent meeting of the National Security Council.
Since the opposition submitted the no-confidence motion on March 8, the prime minister has maintained that attempts to oust him from power are being encouraged and supported by foreign forces.
On Sunday, PM Imran claimed to be in possession of a letter that proves his government is being destabilised as part of an international conspiracy against him. He, however, stopped short of sharing the contents of the letter, and said that he could only reveal the details ‘off the record’.
This is a memo from a US ambassador written when he has been replaced by Sardar Masood Khan just reiterating what’s been in the news for last 3 months about opposition bringing a no trust motion against IK. It’s worse than believing in a half arsed 35 puncture story. He is so stupid and so gullible. And he believes in his own s**t
