Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) MNA Shagufta Jumani slapped Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawmaker Ghazala Saifi during the National Assembly mini budget session.

A video of the incident went viral on social media, with people expressing shock at the behaviour displayed by the MNA. Many said that the opposition lawmaker shouldn’t have turned physical and criticised her for turning violent.

Ghazala Saifi said that Jumani slapped her and even twisted her hand, adding that she received injury on her hand. “My finger got fractured,” she said. Speaking to Geo News, Saifi said that Jumani had no right to represent the people because of the despicable behaviour. “Where did she get an education,” Saifi asked.
