Justice Rana Shamim's Son Announces Own Political Party, Social Media Approves
Former Gilgit Baltistan chief judge Rana Shamim’s son Ahmad Hassan Rana who has been taking social media by storm through his laid-back interviews has announced that he would launch his own political party named ‘Shaan-e-Pakistan’ in order to make Pakistan an Islamic welfare state, something he said Prime Minister Imran Khan has failed to do.

While talking to reporters Ahmad Hassan said that for now the party had been launched on WhatsApp and was a coming together of ‘like-minded’ friends. He added that there was still some time before the party would be launched formally.

While answering a question about his ambitions in politics, Ahmad Hassan said that his ideal was Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah therefore he had big plans. He added that his party’s manifesto was similar to the one presented by Imran Khan. Elaboration on what the manifesto would entail, he said that he too wanted to model the country after the state of Medina, where education and healthcare were free.

Ahmad Hassan said that Imran Khan had failed but we will deliver on our manifesto. He added that he had complete confidence in himself.
