Minor Hindu Boy Raped, Murdered In Sindh
An 11-year-old Hindu boy, Kaana Sachdev, was tortured to death and then subjected to sexual abuse in Khairupur, SIndh. On Friday evening, the victim had gone missing from Khairpur Mirs in Sindh.

The family didn’t seem to notice Sachdev’s absence initially, as they were busy celebrating Gurpurab, the birthday anniversary of Guru Nanak the founder of Sikhism. Later, Sachdev’s body was recovered at 11 pm, a relative of the child told the Express Tribune. 11-year-old Sachdev was a class five student, born in 2011.

Representatives of the Child Protection Authority and the police took the body to Civil Hospital Sukkur for a post-mortem examination.

Police told reporters that it appeared that the boy was strangled to death and then raped, adding that they had arrested two suspects one of whom had already confessed to the heinous crime.

A similar incident had earlier taken place in Sukkar when a minor Hindu girl went missing. The police had announced a reward of two and a half million rupees for her recovery but no clues have surfaced so far.

Earlier on Thursday, a school teacher was arrested in Rawalpindi for sexually assaulting a six or seven-year-old girl.
