Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President has accused the government of using 'magic' to take decisions on major appointment which directly impact the security of the country.
Instead of the prime minister, jinns make appointments and determine the timing of such decision, she said, adding that it was not surprising that Pakistan has become a laughing stock of the world.
The PML-N leader expressed these views while addressing media earlier today.
She further said that if the government's magic tricks and the assistance of the jinns are so successful, why isn't it being used to improve its performance and resolve the issues facing Pakistan?
She further said that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB)'s petition against her was absurd. "I want to know who is the super intelligent person behind this petition," she said, adding that the individual deserves a 21-gun salute.
IHC earlier heard appealed submitted by Maryam Nawaz against her sentence in Avenfield reference.
Maryam Nawaz’s lawyer Irfan Qadir was of the opinion that the NAB wants to send his client to prison after cancellation of her bail.
To this, Justice Amir Farooq commented that NAB was following police system as it makes arrests even if there is no proper evidence.
