Minister Ali Amin Gandapur Threatens Citizen In Response To Complaint About Mistreatment
Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan threatened a citizen in response to his complaint about alleged arbitrary arrest of his brother and father.

A citizen took to Twitter to allege that the federal minister was pressuring his family and also got his father and brother unfairly arrested. "Police harassed my father and brother for more than 5 hours," he wrote.

Replying to his tweet, Ali Amin Gandapur termed his complaint 'nonsense'. The minister said that he did not know who he was and proceeded to accuse the citizen of working for India. "Let me first search out who u are not earlier but will fix u for sure now IA[sic]," Gandapur said.

His tweet generated a backlash with Twitterati criticising him for threatening a citizen.

Earlier in March, Ali Amin Gandapur was criticised on social media for making his underage son drive his car along with two other men in the backseat. The child driving the car looked 10 or 11 years old.

When journalist Mansoor Ali Khan posted the video and called out the minister, he had proceeded to justify his action saying that it was his ‘own land’. He added that the law doesn’t apply in this case as it was not a road.
