The website of the ministry states that the dossier includes the list of 1128 perpetrators involved in war crimes in IIOJK. 946 cases of 1785 victims of ‘genocidal acts’ in the occupied valley have been mentioned. Further, it also includes details of 474 cases of 485 victims of torture in Indian-held Kashmir. 63 victims of sexual violence in 14 such cases have been identified.

There have been 110 cases of 177 victims of enforced disappearances in Kashmir, according to the dossier.

The ministry has also provided names of 1246 pellet gun victims of last five years. Various video and audio clips about these atrocities have been included in the document.
