Unforgiveable slight
One of the reasons why the late lamented Big Ben’s Hubby is not smoking the peace pipe with The Man of Steel, and partnering with him to repeal disqualification articles 62 and 63 from the Constitution, has to do with an “unforgiveable slight”. Our mole says that when The Man of Steel’s brother Abbas Sharif passed away in January 2013, Hubby was then President. He sent word to The Brothers Sharifov that he wanted to come to Lahore to the Brothers’ home to condole the demise. Apparently, The Man hummed and hawed and said, “thanks but no thanks”, clearly indicating that he did not want Hubby to come to his home. Hubby saw this as a humiliating snub and declared there and then that he would await his moment to get back. And he’s doing precisely that now, saying The Brothers rebuffed him at that time, and he would do the same now.

Our mole in The Great Khan’s horde has revealed that there was a time when The Khan was actually considering tying the knot with his devotee turned nemesis, AG, that brave Waziri woman. Apparently, he asked his friends’ wives to “check her out” and determine whether she was suitable for “the slot” or not. This is before Dharna I, in early 2014. AG was evaluated and before The Khan’s friends could submit their report, he declared that “the project” had been abandoned in favour of “someone else”. This latter turned out to be RK, whom The Khan then wed, only for the marriage to unravel shortly thereafter.
